All your tasks and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage (mobile) or browser local storage (web)
We do not collect or store this data on our servers
No Analytics or Tracking:
We do not use analytics services

We use the information we collect to:
Provide core functionality: Store and manage your tasks on your device
Enable AI assistance: Send your chat messages and task context to AI service providers to provide intelligent task management assistance
Text-to-speech: Convert text to speech for narration features using Aliyun TTS service
Language preferences: Remember your language choice (Chinese or English)
Improve user experience: Maintain your tasks and settings across app sessions
3. How We Share Your Information
Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:
Aliyun (阿里云) - Text-to-Speech Service
Purpose: Converts text to audio for narration features
Data Shared: Text content from the app and your language preference
Data Shared: Your chat messages, current task list, task statistics, current time and date
Note: The actual AI service provider depends on your configuration. This may be OpenAI, Google Gemini, or other compatible services.
What We DO NOT Share
We do not sell your personal information
We do not share your data with advertisers
We do not use your data for marketing purposes
We do not share your task data with any third parties except the service providers listed above
4. Data Retention
Local Storage: Your task data and preferences are stored on your device until you manually delete them. We do not automatically delete your data.
Cloud Services: Text sent to Aliyun TTS and AI service providers is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by us. Please refer to the respective service providers' privacy policies for their data retention practices.
Data Deletion: You can delete your data at any time by:
Deleting individual tasks within the app
Clearing the app data in your device settings (mobile)
Clearing browser data/local storage (web)
Uninstalling the app (mobile)
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and is always accessible to you
Correction: You can update or correct your task information directly in the app
Deletion: You can delete individual tasks or clear all app data at any time
Data Portability: Your data is stored in standard JSON format in local storage
Opt-Out of AI Features: You can choose not to use the AI assistant feature. The app will function normally without it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
Local Storage Encryption: Your data is stored using platform-standard secure storage mechanisms
HTTPS Communications: All communications with third-party services use encrypted HTTPS connections
No Central Database: We do not maintain a central database of user information, reducing the risk of data breaches
API Key Protection: Service provider API keys are stored securely and never exposed to users
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
